Q: When is the Redemption .?

A: Redemption Goes Live every 3 - 4 weeks and will only be 12 Redemptions in a Year.

Q: How do i Redeem on this website. ?

A: To Redeem click on the Redeem Tab, you can only redeem whats in the photos so, just do 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 Offers to redeem a prize! some prizes can be 3 4 or 5 offers to do get that prize its easy!

Q: I Redeemed a prize in Redemption when will i get it?

A: Shipping for prizes may be a long time sometimes, Shipping Dates:
(If you are in the UK "Shipping will be up to 7-10 Working Days.)
(If out of the UK "Shipping will be up to 15-17 Working Days.)
WE Post our prizes on weekends only and 2 to 3 weeks from your prize order.

Q: Do i have to pay for shipping?

A: All Shipping is FREE for any prizes, but if its a big prize I.E: a PS3 or Wii you will have to pay for shipping / P&P
NOTE: US MEMBERS WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING. NOR UK MEMBERS!
